- Order Counter
We have a full-time staffed order counter in the warehouse to allow customers to walk in,
place a stock order, and take the material with them at that time. Orders may also be phoned in
to the order counter for pick-up later. Just stop in, and our warehouse personnel will make sure you are
in, out, and on your way in a matter of minutes. Conveniently located and easily accessible, the order
counter is open Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm.
- 24 HOUR EMERGENCY After Hours service
For emergency circumstances, we provide this special 24 hours-a-day 7 days-a-week service.

- Counter Days
For those in the area, Industrial Supply Company has frequent lunchtime counter days showcasing products from a particular manufacturer. These events usually run from
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and a free lunch is served. Check the events & seminars page for the latest information.
- Customized Part Number Ordering
Forget using obscure item codes that neither match your part numbers or the
manufacturer's. Industrial Supply allows you to place orders with your current part numbers once we have received your part number list.
- On-site technical seminars
When new technology is introduced, count on Industrial Supply to show you
how it will work in the most crucial application ... yours. We will come on-site to
demonstrate how new technologies can work for you. Seminars are also offered on a regular

- Electronic Data Interchange(EDI)
For those customers who are EDI capable, we can receive and process EDI orders.

- Safety Inspections and Programs
We provide on-site safety inspections, programs, and seminars frequently at no charge. We incorporate factory trained specialists with our professional
sales staff to inspect slings, chain, tools, and many other products. We will work with you to determine your safety requirements and establish plans
to meet your goals.
- On-Site Order Entry
For qualifying customers, we can enable access to our computer system to allow you to check item pricing and availability, place orders, and check the status of your existing orders.

- Monthly Promotions
Industrial Supply Company has monthly fliers which feature special offers on select items. You may either view our on-line promotion pages, or
you may request to receive our monthly flyers via mail.

- Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on our regularly scheduled delivery routes within a 70 mile radius of Terre Haute. We also make deliveries in Terre Haute every day.

- UPS / Federal-Express Shipments
If you want something shipped outside the range of our delivery routes, we can ship your order to you at low UPS ground rates.
Or if you are in a rush situation, we can ship your package via Fed-Ex next day air delivery. Place a phone or fax order to us by 3pm and
if it is in stock - we can ship your order out by UPS that same day.
- Barcoding
We can barcode your packages with custom labels. Couple this with your customized part numbers and your receiving process becomes a breeze.

- Direct Shipments
If a situation arises where you need a special item that we don't stock, we can order it and have the material shipped direct to you from the manufacturer.
